Lead Pastor Trent & Melinda Redmann

As the founding pastor of Valley Creek, Trent encourages people to “taste and see that the Lord is good.” (Psalm 34:8) They have committed themselves to sharing God’s love and developing a church where you want to invite your friends. Melinda graduated from Northwest University and Trent graduated from North Central University (NCU). He has been in full time ministry for 15 years. Children’s Pastor Charity Silvis

Charity graduated from Masters Commission in Fort Myers, Florida and has completed her degree in Children’s Ministries at NCU. She believes that kids can experience all that God has for them today and is focused on creatively sharing the message of Christ with the next generation. (charity@valleycreekchurch.com)

Associate Pastor Matt & Jill Reed

Matt and Jill have been involved in ministry together since 1998.  They believe that teenagers can make a difference in this world by living for Christ in this pivotal time in their lives. Discipleship Pastor Mac & Jenn Dwyer

Mac and Jenn met at North Central University where Mac earned his degree in music.  They have been ministering together for ten years and have a passion to see people move forward in their faith through Bible study, prayer, volunteering in ministry, giving, and personal connections with other followers of Christ.  Mac oversees our small groups and audio/visual departments.
